In yet another example of how the conversation about our relationship with technology has gone mainstream, British theatre company Wet Picnic’s new production I’d Be Lost Without It explores the extent to which technology is influencing “our minds, our lives, our happiness and our brains,” according to Broadway World.

The company worked with a psychologist to “extract real life experiences,” according to Wet Picnic.

At the show, the audience will be given headphones for an “immersive” experience. Audience members will be moved around the space by performers, and certain parts of the show will likely unfold in the dark, Wet Picnic explains.

“[I’d Be Lost Without It] shines a light on our modern world and question what keeps us human in an age increasingly lived online,” Broadway World writes.
