If you’re trying to cut back on certain kinds of stress-inducing media intake while you’re working out, you may want to think about joining the national gym, Life Time.

Life Time announced on January 4th that they will no longer be broadcasting CNN, FOX or MSNBC on their large television screens in all 130 locations, reports People. This decision was prompted by “many member requests over time.” Hopefully, this decision will a bit more ‘zen’ into your workout.
