He uses his books, articles and television appearances to help people understand the tenets of good sleep, why it’s essential for every aspect of our lives and why sleep is the opposite of wasted time. A clinical psychologist and board-certified sleep specialist, Breus is also a diplomate of the American Board of Sleep Medicine and a fellow of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
