GH: Sunlight and fresh air

GH: Caramelized onions

TG: Tell us about your relationship with your phone. Does it sleep with you?

GH: Kinda hate and love my phone at the same time. Takes me out of the moment but also allows me to work anywhere. I now turn it off at night and leave it in the kitchen.

TG: How do you deal with email?

GH: Try to check it once an hour when not at my desk- only deal w what is actionable

TG: You unexpectedly find 15 minutes in your day, what do you do with it?

GH: Take a walk

TG: When was the last time you felt burned out and why?

GH: Yesterday- too many nights out for work.

TG: When was the last time you felt you failed and how did you overcome it?

GH: Not a great first year in middle school for my son due to my schedule and work. Now taking time everyday to sit and look and homework and check in
